Nature United

Hannah Johnson participated in a field placement with Nature United, working remotely for an organization primarily based in British Columbia. She worked with supervisor Zahra Remtulla on an inventory project tracking on-the-land programs for Indigenous youth. Hannah had the opportunity to interview a program director of one of these programs, and transformed the raw interview into multiple documents before creating a poster advertising the program. Hannah interviewed multiple employees of Nature United, learning about the organization, its goals, and the day-to-day lives of the people there, attended organization-wide meetings and trainings, and met weekly with her supervisors to present on her progress.
