Registration and Getting Ready

What to Expect

FSN is an evening for all future students to learn more about our degree programs, course offerings, and future opportunities.

FSN will feature booths from our faculties and academic departments, and each will have information about the courses offered, degree options, and career prospects.

Questions about applying?

Visit the Student Recruitment booth for any questions about requirements or the application process.

In addition to the booths for our academic programs, you can visit Aboriginal Student Services, Awards & Financial Aid, and many other Student Services departments.

Students who register for FSN will automatically be entered in our annual $5,000 tuition credit draw! There are also prizes to be won during FSN, so be sure to ask questions when visiting a booth!

Getting Ready

Once you complete your registration for Future Student Night, the following links will help you prepare your questions and learn more about our programs:

Viewbook and Program Guide - The UWinnipeg Viewbook gives an overview of our campus, students and admission requirements. The Program Guide has detailed information for each of our academic programs. The PDF can be downloaded for easy reference.

Program Factsheets - Individual factsheets for each academic program that list some of the courses offered, a sample first year program, career options, and any grade 12 prerequisites.

Admission Questions?

The Student Recruitment team will be on hand to answer any questions about requirements and program prerequisites, and to help you navigate FSN.

Already Applied?

If you have already submitted an application and are wondering what comes next, check in with the Admissions booth to speak with staff directly.
