WebAdvisor
Effective March 10, all students, faculty, and staff logging into WebAdvisor must authenticate using Duo Multi-Factor Authentication. IMPORTANT: If you have not already done so, please ensure you have set up and enabled Duo.
WebAdvisor is the student portal to the student information system. Current students use WebAdvisor to plan and register for classes, access their registration/financial statements, tax information, and unofficial transcript. Guests can use WebAdvisor to view the timetable of course sections for active terms.

Final Grade Appeals
Deadline to appeal Winter Term 2025 final grades: June 27, 2025
Deadline to appeal Spring Term 2025 final grades released on July 31: September 11, 2025
Deadline to appeal Spring Term 2025 final grades released on August 30: October 15, 2025
Spring Term 2025
First day of term: May 5, 2025
Add/drop/refund/withdrawal dates: Please check Withdrawal Schedules
Fee deadline: May 22, 2025 (fees are due within 24 hours for any course registered after this date)
Spring Term grades for courses that end on or before July 4 will be released on July 31.
Spring Term grades for courses that end on July 31 will be released on August 30 after 5:00pm.
Grades for Spring Term courses that end in August will be released about two weeks after the course ends.
Fall/Winter Term 2025/2026
The 2025-2026 timetable is now available on WebAdvisor.
Tiered registration start dates/times were sent to eligible students' webmail accounts on June 6. Students admitted after this date should be sent their registration time within 3 business days. Tiered registration begins June 17.
