A mandatory password change came into effect on February 17, 2026. If you did not change your password prior to that date, change it now in order to log in to WebAdvisor, Nexus, and/or webmail.

2. Enter your username (first part of your webmail address)
3. Enter a non-UW email that is on file with the University

Effective March 10, 2025, all students, faculty, and staff logging into WebAdvisor must authenticate using Duo Multi-Factor Authentication. IMPORTANT: If you have not already done so, please ensure you have set up and enabled Duo.
WebAdvisor is the student portal to the student information system. Current students use WebAdvisor to plan and register for classes, access their registration/financial statements, tax information, and unofficial transcript. Guests can use WebAdvisor to view the timetable of course sections for active terms.
