Adult Learner Services

The University of Winnipeg welcomes students of all backgrounds and ages – including Adult Learners (those who are 21 years of age or older). 

Many adult learners find UWinnipeg to be a great fit for them.  The location is convenient, the programming and faculty first-rate, and the great supports here make the transition back to school so much easier.

Everyday I work with adult immigrants and refugees who have come to Canada in search of a better life. Helping these students gain access to higher education is for them a step toward that ultimate goal. It is reciprocal:  I help them on their journey and they inspire me.
