2026 upgrades to campus printers and printing software

UWinnipeg’s Printing Services team is pleased to announce coming upgrades to campus printers and printing software. These upgrades will begin rolling out in Spring/Summer 2026.

What to expect:

• New printing features: New technology to enhance printing capabilities.

• Integrated scanning: Streamlined scanning features for faculty and staff.
• Online portal: A convenient way for students to manage printing accounts.

Timeline:

• The new printers will begin rolling out in Spring/Summer 2026. As Spring approaches, our team will begin reaching out to departments to schedule printer replacements.

Support and training:

• To ensure a smooth transition, these upgrades will be accompanied by training opportunities and resources. Printing Services will be available to support the campus throughout this process.
