IS welcomes new Department Assistant

Dr. Jacqueline Romanow, Chair of the Department of Indigenous Studies, is pleased to report that after a long search, the Department of Indigenous Studies finally found their new Department Assistant, Crystal Moore! 

Crystal attended Red River College focusing on Business Administration. She has spent the last 15 years with Great West Life specializing in health and dental insurance benefits. Crystal is excited to have an opportunity to expand her knowledge and work with friendly faculty, staff and students in a great department.

According to Romanow, from her many years of experience in customer service within the private sector, Crystal brings excellent organizational skills, remarkable patience and a keen sense of humour – all skills that will serve her well working for their "boisterous little department". She adds, "We are so happy Crystal has joined our team!"
