On November 4, 2015, a celebration was held to mark the official launch of a special double issue of the Review of Education, Pedagogy, and Cultural Studies, titled “Caring for Difficult Knowledge: Prospects for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights,” co-edited by Dr. Angela Failler (Women’s and Gender Studies), Dr. Heather Milne (English), and Dr. Peter Ives (Political Science). Notably, there are nine University of Winnipeg contributors to the issue. The launch event took place in Convocation Hall and was a great success. Special thanks to President Trimbee for her opening comments and closing questions.
