The 2016 Lightning Talks event, an undergraduate symposium, is sponsored by the Department of Religion & Culture.

Got five minutes? A "lightning talk" is a means of presenting your ideas in a concentrated way to your peers. Five-minute presentations are followed by five minutes of discussion. All undergraduates who wish to present on a theme related to the study of Religion & Culture are welcome to do so.

Paper proposals, consisting of a title and an abstract, no longer than 150 words, should be sent to:
