Everyone has the ability as well as the responsiblity make the workplace safer. We want to encourage people to work within their departments collaboratively to build a better Safety Culture.

Have you seen a co-worker take time out of their day to improve workplace safety? Has someone done something with the safety of others in mind? Has your team come together to solve a problem and make it safer for everyone?

 Here are some examples of pro-safety performance:

• Ensuring Personal Protective Equipment is regularly inspected, cleaned and properly stored
• Taking time before working to consider all the hazards have been addressed
• Coming up with creative solutions for office setups to promote physical distancing
• Assessing renovated space for safety supplies like AEDs and First Aid Kits
• Filing a hazard report to your supervisor
