Expand faculty supports in teaching and learning
- Bolster faculty supports to generate transformative learning and working environments across departments, faculties, and disciplines.
- Develop opportunities for innovation and flexible learning.
- Establish transparent hiring practices that align with the principles of EDI, the Scarborough Charter, Truth and Reconciliation, and the University’s Indigenous Identity Policy.
- Champion the representation and retention of faculty and students from a diversity of backgrounds.
