Lab Monitors needed: Introductory Cree & Ojibwe classes

The University of Winnipeg's Indigenous Studies Department is seeking two Lab Monitors for the 2016-17 Fall & Winter terms for Introductory Cree and Introductory Ojibwe, as follows.

  • IS-1101L-070-: Lab for Introductory Cree
    Thursdays: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    Location: 1C16B

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Cree;
  • Literate in Roman orthography, syllabics & some knowledge on grammar of Cree.

Position ends: March 30, 2017.

  • IS-1201L-070: Lab for Introductory Ojibwe
    Tuesdays: 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
    Location: 1C16B

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Ojibwe;
  • Read and write double vowel Roman Orthography in Ojibwe and some syllabics & some knowledge on grammar of Ojibwe.

Position ends April 4, 2017.
