Students who are considering applying to graduate school are encouraged to bring questions and to participate in the discussion.

The seminar will feature a presentation by Deanna England from the UWinnipeg Faculty of Graduate Studies about applying for funding, and a presentation from Amelia Curran, former UWinnipeg CJ student, current Sociology PhD student, about crafting a statement of purpose and other elements of a graduate school application.
