Registration Fees: (all rates are subject to GST)

Early Bird:  $375.00 (ends May 18, 2016)

Regular: $450.00 (after May 18, 2016)

Guest Fees: (all rates are subject to GST)

• June 23, 2016 Museum of Human Rights Tour

Pre-Conference Networking Opportunity (Golf): $125.00

Cancellation Deadline: June 1, 2016

Substitutions:

Registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior notification up to the cancellation date. Shared registrations will not be permitted.

Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server.
All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Full refunds, will be granted to cancellations received by June 1, 2016. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be issued after the conference and will not be given to no-shows.

Confirmation of your registration:

When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server.

Receipts: Please print out your receipt from the web as this will be your original copy.

Hotel Registration:

The Holiday Inn and Suites is conveniently located within a block of the University, they have guaranteed the WCUPPA rate until May 7, 2016.
