      • Letter or Statement (optional): You are invited to submit a letter or statement with the form indicating why you think you should be accepted into THFM-3310(6) Filmmaking II: Directing the Short Film. This is optional but may help your application.

      1. The Instructor will review all applications. Once the review procedure is complete, the Instructor will make recommendations for acceptance into the course to the Chair.  A Waiting List may be established, at the discretion of the Chair and the Instructor.
      1. All candidates will be notified in early July whether or not they have been accepted into Filmmaking II. If you are accepted and indicate you will take the course, we will submit an electronic permission form to Registration on your behalf and notify you when it is in place.  You can then go into WebAdvisor and add this course on your assigned registration date/time.  If you are not able to register during your assigned time, your spot will be held for you.  However, if you decide not to take the course, please advise Melinda as soon as possible so the next person on the waiting list can be notified.
