Funding Opportunities
The Research Office provides faculty grant support services to all faculty at every stage of their research program. This support extends to researchers applying for either internal research grant programs or external research funding.
All grants awarded are subject to ethics approval, when applicable. Funds may be released, on a pro-rated basis, if research activities involving human participants or animals will only take place in a future fiscal year and the methodology still needs to be determined. UWinnipeg has in place a two-stage process for the release of agency funding for research projects prior to ethics review.
