Services included to all eligible University of Winnipeg Students

  • Full Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre membership including access to:
    • State-of-the-art cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights
    • Fitness classes (Yoga, Zumba, Boot Camp, and more)
    • Indoor running/walking track
    • Change rooms and saunas
    • Racquetball and squash courts with online reservation system
    • Duckworth gymnasium (available for member usage during non-reserved times)
    • Free Fitness Centre orientation
  • Daily drop-in intramural activities in the Axworthy Health and RecPlex including soccer, basketball, Ultimate, and Pickleball from September to April.
  • Free Squash and Racquetball lessons, all equipment provided
  • Also available to student members (for additional fees):

Student Membership Categories

UWinnipeg Student Membership: Available to UWinnipeg Students, ELP, Booth College, Brandon University Psych Nursing. Please note there are no additional fees for the Academic Year (Sept. 1st-August 31st) for the students that qualify.

UWinnipeg Associate Membership: Available to UWinnipeg PACE, Theology, Family Therapy, and Joint Program Students. Membership rates apply.

All Intramural Activities and Schedules

Participants must sign a waiver and show a valid student ID. You can pre-register and complete the waiver online or in-person at your first activity. For help logging in and navigating the Portal, click here.
