Sexual Violence and Prevention Policy Training February 17th 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. (Zoom)

All staff and faculty, including academic staff and contract staff/faculty, are invited to a professional development session on Trauma-Informed Responses to Receiving Disclosures of Sexual Violence.

All staff and faculty are required to take Sexual Violence Prevention Policy training every two years, and those who have not received training in the past year are strongly encouraged to attend. All sessions will cover the same content, so only one session is required.

These sessions will be facilitated by Lorraine Parrington from the Human Rights and Diversity Office and will explore best/promising practices for responding to disclosures of sexual violence, including appropriate referrals, in your role. A Zoom link will be sent to you once you have registered.
