Stroll into Summer Challenge kick-off!

May is a great time to get moving! The “walking” challenge will last until the end of the month, which should be just long enough to establish healthy new habits. It’s not just walking that counts – you can record other kinds of activity such as cycling, swimming, and rolling. We are going to work as individuals to see how far we can “walk” together. Every step counts!

Go to uwalk.ca to sign up and login:

  • From the "My Home" page, you can click your name in the top right corner to edit your profile and set goals
  • Use "Find" to search for "UW Recreation Services" and join our community
  • All members of the community will be invited to the challenge when it starts
  • You can still join the challenge even after it starts
  • To make it easy to access, you can add the UWalk site to the home screen of your phone by creating a shortcut
