This workshop discusses concepts to cope with the balancing act required to be a successful grad student. You will come away with hands-on tools for immediate use to stay mentally and emotionally fit. Thrive in your studies.

The workshop facilitator, Marsha Harris BA., MMFT is a Marriage & Family Therapist who has 17 years of clinical experience. She is currently employed by Brandon University as a Counselling Therapist within the Student Services department. Here she works with undergraduate and graduate students in meeting their therapeutic goals, as well as manages the Peer Wellness Educator Program on campus. Marsha also maintains a private practice in Brandon, Manitoba.
