Conflict Resolution

In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the nature of interpersonal and workplace conflicts and learn effective ways in which to respond.
During the workshop, participants will:
- Explore their own ideas on interpersonal conflicts
- Examine the role of culture and power in shaping our responses to conflict
- Consider various communication skills for dealing with conflict such as listening, constructive complaints and paraphrasing
- Practice constructive dialogue
