I am very pleased to extend my congratulations to Kelly Barker for attaining their Master of Arts in Criminal Justice! Few people have the discipline, work ethic and intellectual prowess to achieve this level of education. Furthermore, there are not many who have the interest and academic curiosity required to push themselves to this high level of accomplishment. While your degree will bring considerable success to you in future, I hope that you will remember to look back fondly at the time you spent in graduate school at the University of Winnipeg, how you met the challenges of your program and the many strong bonds your forged with your colleagues and professors along the way.
