Collegiate Alumni Survey
Take a moment and think back to your favourite Collegiate memories: Passing through the historic archways of Wesley Hall, grabbing a bite with friends at Tony’s or the faculty member who opened your mind in new and inspiring ways. No matter where you are in the world, we want to bring you back to The Collegiate by creating a new Collegiate Alumni Association that is meaningful and relevant to you.
This new initiative is led by a group of alumni-volunteers who are acting as advisors and planners as we move forward. But before the Collegiate Alumni Association takes form, we need a critical piece: your feedback.
By filling out the Collegiate Alumni Survey, you can help inform alumni outreach and programming that meet the needs of the greater Collegiate community—both today and into the future. Your opinion matters, and we want to hear from you!
The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. As an extra incentive, alumni who complete the survey by Monday, March 28, 2022 can opt to enter a draw for a chance to win one of three $100 VISA gift cards.

The survey results will only be used to enhance and improve our programs and communications to alumni. We will not see individual responses, only the summary information (aggregate data). We are committed to taking action on the feedback that is provided, and will report the results of the survey to you and your fellow alumni.
