On November 6, 2019, Franco Capolongo, Group Talent and Training Manager, Central Canada, representing Enterprise Holdings, donated $2,500.00 to the Enterprise Scholarship in Business and Economics. Established by Enterprise Rent-A-Car, this scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Business & Administration entering their final year of study in the Faculty of Business and Economics.

This year, the Enterprise Scholarship in Business and Economics was awarded to 4th year Business Administration and Neuroscience student, Aisha Haji Hussein.

“This award has allowed me to focus less on the financial aspects of university, and more on the experiences,” said Aisha.

“The University of Winnipeg provides many activities that are enriching for student life. The student groups and programs that I’ve now been able to engage in has introduced me to new people and boosted my morale, both of which are essential for academic success.”

Since 2008, Enterprise Holdings has donated a total of $23,500 which has supported nine students throughout the years.

Enterprise Holdings and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales and other transportation services.
