First Year Orientation 2020

Faculty of Business and Economics

Welcome to the Faculty of Business and Economics!

Each year, we host an orientation event for new students studying in the Department of Business and Administration and/or the Department of Economics. Since we aren’t able to meet in person this year, we will be holding a live orientation webinar on September 2nd from 1:00 – 2:00 pm followed by a drop-in question-and-answer period with faculty, staff, and student representatives.

We strongly encourage all new FBE students to register and join the live orientation event.  Listen, learn, and ask questions with the live chat feature! After the webinar, you're invited to join one or all of our Zoom chat rooms if you'd like to discuss anything further.

In preparation for the Orientation event, we’ve also compiled several short videos and important links to give you an introduction to our programs and our student associations. All attendees will receive a special welcome gift from our friends at Skip the Dishes!
