The Community Entrepreneur Link
What is the CEL?
The Community Entrepreneur Link is a campus hub to support entrepreneurship, social enterprise, and social innovation. The Link is a connection to support all UWinnipeg students, alumni, faculty, staff and community members with an innovative social program, an idea for a new for-profit or not-for-profit enterprise. It is not an incubator, but rather a connection to experienced external partners.
