Transportation Research Group

Business and Administration

The University of Winnipeg Transportation Research Group functions as an independent group of scholars and practitioners who share an interest in sound policy as it relates to transportation. Through research papers, consultations, symposia and other outreach activities, it champions dialogue and debate on multiple issues in the transportation space. Our geographic focus is primarily, but not exclusively, Manitoba.

Mandate: to bring together individuals (including those outside the UW community) who share an interest in transportation-related policy issues.

Dissemination activities: the work of the Group shall feature, but not be limited to, white papers, conferences and seminars that advance both the interests of the Group itself and transport-related issues pertinent to the Manitoba and wider Canadian economy.
