University of Winnipeg Faculty and Staff can submit events to the online events calendar at any time. To submit your event:

  1. Fill out the required fields
  2. Write an event description, including any additional information readers might like to know
  3. Click on the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of the page


Communications staff will be notified that your event has been submitted for approval. If you receive an error message, go back and complete the required fields specified.


You will be notified as soon as your event is approved. Once approved, the event will appear on the University of Winnipeg website events calendar.
