Sociology is the study of human society, a fascinating and exciting area of inquiry. Students often develop a deep interest in this subject and decide that they wish to major in this discipline. There are a number of careers for which an undergraduate degree in Sociology offers valuable preparation. Many of our students also go on to pursue graduate studies and enjoy fulfilling academic careers in universities and research centres across Canada and throughout the world.
