Jessica Numminen worked with the NORDIK Institute (Northern Ontario Research, Development, Ideas and Knowledge) based at Algoma University and Missanabie Cree First Nation office in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
She worked on a variety of projects including the Symposium “Gdo Akiiminaan Ganawendandann (Taking Care of our Land) and writing grant applications.
