Congratulations to Steven Coutts, winner of the 2015 student paper competition. Steven's paper Mixed-income Housing Developments: Separating Myth from Reality discusses the advantages and disadvantages of social mix philosophy in social housing redevelopment and provides Canadian examples. Furthermore, he looks at Lord Selkirk Park in Winnipeg as a potential alternative to the drawbacks of mixed-income developments.
