Whether you want to a get back into shape or enhance your performance in sport, let us help you achieve your goal. A certified Personal Trainer will work with you to design a program that is tailored to your needs.

  • Small Group Training for 2-3 participants will receive 25% if each session package


1 Session - $65.00 

 4 Sessions - $180.00 ($45.00 per session)

8 Sessions - $310.00 ($39.75 per session)

12 Sessions $395.00 ($33.00 per session)

Expertise & Experience

I have worked with everyone from high school and university athletes to people with disabilities to individuals post surgery in rehab to seniors focusing on balance and independence. I have a special love for working with Kettlebells and Olympic Weightlifting.

I have been living the dream of being a personal trainer since 2009. To me, being a trainer is all about guiding
individuals towards a goal that they deserve to achieve. Helping people become their most optimal self is what originally attracted me to the profession and this still remains as one of the major factors that gets me out of bed in the morning. My goals as a trainer are and always have been committing myself to the individuals I have the pleasure to work with, and doing everything I can to help them reach their goals.

I have had the joy of working with young adolescents to older adults. I have provided programming for the purposes of sport performance, weight loss, general health and increasing muscle mass. I am also involved with powerlifting. I love it all!

I have worked with the general public with different body types, program designing/prescription, stress testing, various types of athletes from general, high school and the university level.  I have also worked with post rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries.  I have a passion for all forms of exercise, whether it's using free weights, any piece of cardio equipment, calisthenics, gymnastics rings/suspension training or even as simple as skipping.  As long as I'm personal training, I'll always continue to learn new ways!

I have been involved in the Fitness Industry for 22 years and can honestly tell you there is no other industry I would rather be apart of. I gain great satisfaction from seeing my clients excelling and reaching their full potential.  Gaining a healthy and happy lifestyle whether it be from personal training or through group fitness classes.

I love competition! Growing up I participated in basketball, volleyball, cross country running as well as life-guarding and teaching swimming lessons. More recently I have started mountain biking and I started to compete in local adventure races.

Come and join me for a workout, I promise you will have fun…ok you might work a little too, but if you're not having fun...whats the point? Fitness has to be fun in order to make it apart of your daily routine!
