JR. WESMEN COACHES WANTED
The University of Winnipeg's Junior Wesmen boy's basketball program is seeking Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the upcoming 2009-2010 season.
Are you a seasoned veteran coach or an up and coming coach and want to get paid for your time. Coaches may make as much as $2000/season.
The Jr.Wesmen program is entering its sixth year and operates teams from ages 11-17. The teams compete in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and in various northern states
Reporting to the Director, Athletics and Recreation, the Coaches are responsible for all phases of the team operation such as player selection at tryouts, player development, practices and game management.
Previous coaching experience is required. ( Level 1 Coaching certificate is minimum. ) The Club will assist Coaches with achieving Level 2. Coaches must also have Basketball Manitoba “Respect in Sport” certificate.
