Duckworth Centre Fitness Programs


To assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals, the University of Winnipeg Duckworth Centre offers a wide variety of specialty Fitness Classes including Aerobics, Boot Camps, Circuit Training, Kettlebell Training, Step, Muscle Conditioning and more. Membership to the Duckworth Centre is not required to register for these programs.

We offer a wide variety of class formats to keep things fun and motivating. When you purchase a Fitness Class Term Pass, you can attend any class and as many as you like!

KETTLEBELL BOOT CAMP


Kettlebell Boot Camp welcomes men and women of all ages and levels of fitness, and provides a total-body workout that combines; Circuit Training, Core Strengthening, Body Sculpting, Stretching.
