Fitness Class Descriptions
Classes offered each term will vary, based on instructor availability and member interest.Body Sculpt - A strength training workout utilizing hand weights, resistance tubing, stability balls, and body resistance.
Cardio Blast - A strong cardiovascular workout that could include Step, Hi Low, Cardio Ball or Box!
Cardio Strength - A moderate to high intensity class that involves any cardio from Hi/Lo to Step while incorporating weights, resistance tubing, stability ball or body weight exercises.
Circuit Training - A non-traditional circuit workout that combines athletic drills, strength training, plyometrics to increase your fitness level.
Strength & Stretch - This class will improve your flexibility, strength, and posture utilizing various stretching techniques.
Zumba - Zumba is dance fitness. Which means, dance music, dance moves, to a fitness format. Making it easy for everyone to participate and most importantly to enjoy. The moves are choreographed to make your body work hard!! While your mind takes a little vacation!! Arrrriba!!!
