Women's Volleyball Add Zoe Pellerin To Roster
Women's Volleyball Head Coach Diane Scott Announced Today The Commitment Of Zoe Pellerin To Her Team's Roster For The 2012-2013 Season In September..
The University of Winnipeg Wesmen and Women’s Volleyball head coach Diane Scott are pleased to announce the commitment of Zoe Pellerin (Brandon, Manitoba) to the women’s volleyball program in time for the 2012-2013 season in September.
The 6’0” outside hitter joins the Wesmen from Crocus Plains High School. She played a vital role in helping lead the Plainsmen to the MHSAA 4A Provincial Championship match last year and was named the team’s Player of the Game. An accomplished player at the Club level, Pellerin was a two-time Provincial Champion (2010-U16 and 2008 U14) with the CVC Cougars. A multi-sport athlete, Pellerin has participated in soccer, basketball, curling, golfing and swimming. "We are excited to have Zoe join our program. She comes from an athletic background and now has her opportunity to rise. A decent athlete, Zoe is willing to put in the time and effort to continue her development. She is intelligent with quality life skills and will be a great fit for our program”, said Wesmen head coach Diane Scott.
Pellerin is active in the community serving as a volunteer activity convenor for children in grades 4-6.
She currently possesses a GPA of 82% and will graduate from Crocus Plains in June. Upon graduation she will pursue to study Physio Therapy starting with Pre-Professional Studies this September.
