The Winnipeg Wesmen are pleased to announce their Academic All-Canadians for the 2010-2011 academic year. In total there were 24 student athletes who were recognized. In order to achieve Academic All-Canadian status a student athlete must finish the academic year with an average of 80% or better. Wesmen Athletics is proud of the fact that 42% (24-of-57) of their student athletes earned Academic All-Canadian status. This is more than double the national average.

“One of the greatest achievements that Wesmen Athletics is most proud of in any given year is the number of athletes that are successful in the classroom. I commend the student athletes who have attained this recognition and the coaches and staff who helped them achieve this honour",
