THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE "BUZZ OFF CANCER EVENT
Buzz Off Cancer is a head shaving/hair cutting event that was hosted by the University of Winnipeg Wesmen at the Duckworth Center last night. This event was in memory of Chanel Duncan. Chanel was many things to many people, including a charitable and giving person and die-hard Wesmen fan. Following the women's game, players, fans and volunteers gathered together and cut or buzz their hair for cancer. All funds raised from the event will be donated to the childhood cancer stream of Cancer Care Manitoba. All ponytails will be used to make wigs for children. Thank you for taking the time to donate!
