Guidelines for Written Submissions

THE DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS HAS PASSED

Although individuals are welcome to make submissions to the Strategic Review Steering Committee, we strongly encourage group submissions.

After reviewing the written submissions, the Steering Committee will schedule meetings with groups/individuals for follow-up discussion.

How to make a submission

A Word document template has been set up for you to use.

Template for Written Submissions Please remember to save this file to your own computer before you begin completing it.

Within your submission you will be asked to reference UWinnipeg's eight Strategic Priorities and the four Cross-Cutting Themes.

You will be also asked to use three questions to guide your submission. Those questions are:

1. What are two or three key initiatives in each area on which we should focus?
2. What are two or three measures of success for each area?
3. How do these two or three key initiatives support any or all of UWinnipeg's Strategic Priorities?
   

Next steps

The Steering Committee will read all submissions. In Spring 2012 the Steering Committee will hold a series of Town Halls to further engage you in discussions about UWinnipeg’s future. The written submissions will help inform these discussions.

All written submissions are due by Friday, January 13, 2012.

Please note that the Steering Committee will not accept anonymous submissions. All written submissions will be confidential and only read by members of the Steering Committee, unless the authors of the submission provide consent to have their submission shared on the Strategic Review website. The name(s) on the written submissions will not be associated with any content in the final report.
