Title: Mindfulness Meditation Drop-In Sessions
Description: “Mindfulness is paying attention to what is happening in the
moment.The idea is to deliberately slow down and observe our thoughts,
feelings and body sensations that we are already experiencing and
holding our emotions so that they don’t sweep us away. With this
quality of attention, we develop more awareness, resilience and
compassion of ourselves and surroundings.” (Mindfulness Without
Borders)

All are welcome to the FREE Mindfulness Meditation Drop-In Sessions
each Wednesday May 3 to May 31, 2017, 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. in the Bryce
Hall Chapel.
