Title:	Hands-On Flintknapping Workshop with Gary Wowchuck
Description:	What: Hands-On Flintknapping Workshop with Gary Wowchuck Come learn about the art and science of making stone tools, the oldest known human technology. Gary Wowchuck, a Manitoba archaeologist and flintknapper, will be speaking about local tool types and demonstrating knapping techniques. Participants will be able to experiment with these techniques and try their hand at making tools. All materials provided (but you are welcome to bring additional lithic material if you have it).
