Title: Alumni Association Annual General Meeting
Description: The University of Winnipeg Alumni Association Council invites you to
get involved by standing for election to Council. The Alumni
Association is a non-profit organization that supports the goals of
the University and promotes affiliation among graduates.

Newly elected members will serve a three-year term, beginning in June
of each year. The Council meets monthly but members help with
communications, events, and special projects outside of those meeting
times. Council members also work with representatives on The
University of Winnipeg Board of Regents.

All alumni of The University of Winnipeg are invited to attend the AGM
every year. There are special speakers and presentations, as well as
the regular business meeting, followed by a Wine & Cheese
Reception.

The Alumni Association Council will be accepting applications for new
members until June 5th. Visit UWinnipeg.ca and click on Alumni to read
about the Council’s activities and to download an application form; or
call 988-7118; or e-mail alumni@uwinnipeg.ca.
