| Title: | State of Academic Women's Research Careers |
| Description: | All are invited to attend a lecture by Dr. Lorna Marsden on March 22. The lecture draws on the Report of the Panel on Women's Research Careers, Council of Canadian Academies. Dr. Marsden chaired the Panel for the Council of Academies on Women's Research Careers. She is Professor of Sociology and the former President of both Wilfrid Laurier and York Universities. In 1994, Dr. Marsden received an Honorary Doctorate from The University of Winnipeg. |
