Elements - The Restaurant is adding new chemistry to the downtown and West End as it officially opened its doors at street-level inside the Richardson College for the Environment and Science Complex at 599 Portage Avenue. Students, office workers, and the public can now enjoy locally-sourced meals prepared by the award-winning Diversity Food Services.
