Industry CONNECTS
Researchers . . . do you have a product or idea that might be of interest to investors or business partners?
Many of you do, but academic researchers are notoriously bad at
pitching their innovations to potential investors and business
partners. Its true! Therefore, Innovate Manitoba presents Industry
CONNECTS in collaboration with the University of Manitoba, Red River
College and the University of Winnipeg to provide you with an
opportunity to learn how to design and deliver a short but effective
sales pitch. There is also an event at which you can make your pitch to
potential funders and partners (perhaps to get an NSERC Engage Grant, an NSERC Applied Research and Development Grant or an NSERC Idea to Innovation Grant).
The three-part program is on February 13 and 20, and March 20.
The training is free, but space is limited and you need to register. Read More>.
