Students in Research
Students at The University of Winnipeg conduct research, either as part of their course work or in close collaboration with faculty.
Undergraduate Student Research
The Undergraduate Edge provides a sampling of the first-rate research carried out at The University of Winnipeg with the involvement of undergraduate students. The students named in this survey have clearly demonstrated an ability to perform research that has been accepted at higher levels in their discipline. As well, they have acquired firsthand knowledge of the objectives and methodologies, the pitfalls, and the gratification of research. They have gained experience in the preparation of manuscripts through to the publication stage, have learned how to present results orally, and will have the beginning of an academic curriculum vitae when they leave The University of Winnipeg.
- Undergraduate Edge, 1992-2002 edition: contains 576 papers that involved 283 different students and 71 faculty members. (Note: PDF file, 355 KB)
