Important Notes

  • Your registration start date and time is the earliest that you can register and is based on your credit hours completed and Grade Point Average (GPA).

  • Please mark your assigned registration start date/time in your smart phone, ipod, ipad, lap top/notebook, or monthly planner, as this is your optimal time to register. You'll have your best selection of courses.

  • Plan in advance what course(s) you need to take. Make sure you have the necessary prerequisite(s), Permission Forms, or Honours Forms prior to your registration start date and time.

  • WebAdvisor is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience.

  • If you are unable to register on your assigned day and time or if you missed it for whatever reason, you can still register online up until the start of the Fall and Winter Terms. However, space availability becomes increasingly limited as it gets closer to the start of classes and registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strongly suggest that you plan to register on your assigned registration start day and time.

  • If you want to designate another person to register for you, please complete and submit the "Authorization for Release of Information" form.  See Forms.

  • Students are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of their registration and should ensure that the courses selected are appropriate to their program of studies and that they meet the degree requirements for graduation.

  • Do we have your most up-to-date address and phone number(s)? Check “My Profile” in WebAdvisor.  If anything is incorrect, please go to Forms, print and complete a Personal Update Form, and drop it off at Student Central or fax to 204.783.4996.
