Carlos Vialard holds bachelor degrees in Arts (Psychology) and Social Work from the University of Manitoba. He has worked at the Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Council since his graduation in 1987. He started his career as a Settlement Counsellor, later worked as a Manager of Reception Services, and is currently employed as Manager of Settlement Services. Mr. Vialard is also a Certified Translator and Interpreter under the Canadian Translators, Terminologists, and Interpreters of Canada.
