Mavis Reimer
Mavis Reimer is an Associate Professor of English in the Department of English at the University of Winnipeg. Her primary area of teaching and research is in children's texts and cultures. She is the co-author of The Pleasures of Children's Literature (3rd ed.), a textbook in the field used in university classrooms across Canada and the United States, and the principal investigator on a collaborative research project studying the discourses of home in Canadian children's literature.
