A group of six visual artists, musicians, and poets complete with instruments and a large projection screen have put together an entertaining multimedia presentation touching on major environmental themes facing global citizens today.

Climate Change: Discourse & Recourse
A night that promises lively debate, discussion that puts forward interactive strategies to
reduce carbon emissions by the 70 per cent required by nature, to change energy subsidy policies in industrial countries … surrounded by music that transcends both harmonic and geographic boundaries.

  • Terry MacLeod, host of Information Radio, heard weekdays from 5:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m. on CBC Radio One 990, will be our emcee for the evening.
  • The Music of KIVA with  John Hudson, percussion; Shawn Garrity, bass; and  Ilena Zaramba, backup vocals.
  • Special Performance by throatsingers Britannia & Nicky (invited)
  • Ross Gelbspan, Pulitzer Prize-winning author of The Heat Is On: the climate crisis, the cover-up, the prescription and Boiling Point
