Taking a Systemic Approach to Change: A Focus on People and Place
The need for change is clear, and there are powerful methods to help you manage these changes. These methods must fit the needs and diverse styles of those involved. Also, certain environments or climates are much more likely to support and sustain efforts. This presentation will provide feedback on VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style and information on nine key dimensions of a climate for creativity and change.
Breakout Session 1 (Friday afternoon):
Building Leadership for Transformation and Growth
This session will provide you a new model for leading change that includes both managing and leading. You will learn about important and practical strategies to help people "own up to" change.
Breakout Session 2 / Breakout Session 3 (following the keynote on Saturday):
Practical Strategies For Climate Creation
This session will offer you practical tips and strategies for establishing a climate that supports and sustains change efforts. Through a variety of workshop activities, you will identify actions that can be taken to prepare an appropriate environment for learning and applying change methods.
